Students who have a permanent resident visa must provide the Registrar's Office with a copy of their Resident Alien card prior to Registration.

Health Professions, Graduate School, and School of Nursing Applicants:

Applicants to the School of Health Professions, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and the School of Nursing who have attended a foreign university are required to submit an official foreign credentialing evaluation from these recommended agencies Foreign Credentialing Services.
