
Registration Information - Dental
Required information for students:
- HOLDS: All registration holds must be cleared before you will be eligible to register via the Student Center self-service site. Contact the department listed in the Holds box at the upper right corner of the Student Center self-service site screen. (NOTE: Some holds may not be able to be cleared immediately, so check your hold status as soon as possible.)
- TUITION AND FEES: Tuition and fees must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on the last business day before your official first day of class. (NOTE: Tuition and fees for transactions completed during the Web Add/Drop/Late Registration period are due by the official census date.) Failure to pay by the published deadline may result in your being dropped from your classes and will make you subject to a $100 late fee. Check the Academic Calendar to confirm your date.

BILLS & PAYMENTS: Bills will be mailed to enrolled students at their current HOME address by the Bursar's Office. Be sure to check your
home address in the Contact Information box in the Personal Information section of the Student Center screen and make any necessary changes. Instructions for changing your address are available at
http://studentservices.uthscsa.edu/GI_computing.aspx.(NOTE: Bills will not be mailed for transactions completed during the Web Add/Drop/Late Registration period. Students may either check their account via the Student Center self-service site or contact the Bursar's Office at 567-2556 or
bursar4students@uthscsa.edu for the amount. Please allow the Bursar's Office 24 hours following your add/drop or late registration to update your tuition and fees.) Failure to receive a bill is not justification for failure to pay by the published deadline.

FINANCIAL AID: Financial aid disbursements will be posted to students' accounts on or about 10 days prior to their official first day of class. Check the
Academic Calendar to confirm your date. Students may either check their account via the Student Center self-service site or contact the Bursar's Office at 567-2556 or
bursar4students@uthscsa.edu for information concerning residual balances after this date.
- HEALTH INSURANCE: As permitted by Texas law, the UT Board of Regents requires you to maintain a valid major medical insurance policy while you are a registered student at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. You must submit proof of coverage to the Student Health Center each school year. For purposes of student health insurance information, EACH SCHOOL YEAR is defined as starting with the first day of your respective program’s fall term through the last day of your ending term before starting the SCHOOL YEAR over again. IF UNCLEAR CONTACT THE STUDENT HEALTH CENTER. This proof, and the Student Health Insurance and Acknowledgement and Disclaimer form, are required to register at the UT Health Science Center.
