The mission of the Registrar's Office is to serve as custodian of student academic records, to provide related services as needed, and to provide enrollment services to students in the UT Health Science Center’s five schools.
The Registrar is also responsible for the processes of withdrawals and graduation. The decisions of various academic committees are implemented by this office. The staff handles students’ questions about their records and provides transcripts and enrollment certification documents.
