Who is eligible?
All students in the Health Science Center are eligible. Consultation is also offered to spouses/partners.
Are there costs?
There are no fees for services provided in the CS. Costs for medication and lab work are the responsibility of the client. Costs associated with referral to specialitsts, other services, or agencies are the responsibility of the client.
What if I am in crisis during school hours?
Call 567-2648 and indicate that you are having a crisis. Every effort will be made to see you as soon as practical.
What if I am in crisis after hours?
Call 358-2524 (University Hospital) and ask for the Psychiatry Resident on call. Identify yourself as an HSC student or spouse.
Are appointments required?
Appointments are encouraged, but service on a walk-in basis may be provided.
