Jeff Jackson.Jeffrey Jackson, M.Ed., director, has more than 13 years experience in higher education--at UT-Austin, University of Arizona, and San Antonio College. Jeff has a passion for technology and discovering ways to integrate it into student communication. Jeff is also a higher education blogger and  podcaster trying to share with other colleagues how to effectively use technology on campus. Jeff holds a B.A. from Howard Payne University and a M.Ed. from The University of Texas at Austin. He is married with one son.

 

photo of Ben RiversBen Rivers, M.S., is the assistant director for wellness and recreational sports. He oversees all wellness and recreational sports activities. Ben holds a Masters of Science in Sports Administration from Texas Tech University. He is married and has two children. He officiates high school and college basketball.

 

Paulina H.Paulina H. Mazurek, M.A., is the program coordinator. Paulina holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University. At Texas State, she also received her certification in Mediation and Corporate Communication & Training. Paulina is married with no children. Paulina’s passion for orientation and the “welcome experience” is one of her favorite aspects of her job.

 

photo of Rebecca RevellRebecca Revell,is the Administrative Assistant – Associate for Student Life Services. She will be responsible for the accounting transactions within Student Life and the different Student Organizations around campus. She has 14 years experience working in Higher Education – Texas A&M University, Texas A&M Health Science Center, University of Texas at El Paso and now UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. She has 2 children and very happy to be working with the Staff & Students within UTHSCSA.

 

Paul Caldwell.Paul Caldwell, is the graduate assistant/intern. He is currently enrolled in graduate school at UTSA pursuing a M.Ed. in Higher Educational Administration. Before UTSA, Paul received his B.S in Psychology from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. During high school and college, Paul spent his summers as a camp counselor, bus driver, and most recently trip director for an outdoor adventure camp in the hill country.
